Head chef, Andy Berke, leads a fantastic team who all share a vision to create an unforgettable experience at Script.

The diversity of our menus is a reflection of Andy and his talented team. Andy’s philosophy is that great food and creative menus are built on high quality, seasonal ingredients. He works very closely with local suppliers to ensure we get the best of the best and he is immensely proud that 90% of the ingredients used in our menus come from within a 10-mile radius.

Before joining the team at Script, Andy spent nine years working as a private chef for various high net worth individuals across the country, creating unique and bespoke menus for a variety of events from intimate dinners for two to prestigious gala events.
He also spent time at Le Manoir and believes in doing good food, really well.
